Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and include all certificates, warranty cards, and appraisal documents within a secure shipping carton.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the prepaid, fully insured shipping label provided by our concierge team to the exterior of your package to ensure safe transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
